Are there any pets you will refuse to pet sit?
Yes, unfortunately there are a few:
Any dog breeds covered by the Dangerous Dog Act 1991
Poisonous/Venomous animals
Spiders. (Sorry!) 

Will you bring your own pets with you?
No - I will not bring any pets of my own

What about food, do I need to feed you while you're staying?
No - spare me some space in the fridge and I'll bring my own food. For longer stays I'll arrange grocery deliveries so I don't have to leave your pets. If you live outside the range of anyone delivering, you will have to agree to me leaving your property and/or pets for a few hours every week.

Where will you sleep?
I will require fair comfort - a bed or a sofa bed. I can bring my own linen and bedding if requested. Please no camping beds or inflatables.

I am having renovation works done while away, could you let them in please?
Due to health and safety concerns, I will not agree to a stay while any kind of construction or renovations are being done.

Can I have a family member or a lodger stay at the same time as you?
No, I am sorry, I do not allow any house guests or lodgers during my stay.
