Meet and Greet
For new clients: Depending on distance, I will always do my best to come for a visit before we arrange anything. I think it is an important part for both parties, especially if you have pets. If the distance is too far to consider, we'll arrange a video call.
The visit is completely free of charge within 30 miles of Middletown (Sy21 8) and comes with no obligation what so ever.
I am more than happy to travel further but that will incur a petrol fee of 30p/mile
Video updates
All my services include regular video updates so that you can rest easily while you're away, knowing your home and pets are being cared for and you're always more than welcome to give me a call or send me a message while I am at your property, although I may not always be able to answer right away!
Maintaining of Standards
Whether Pet or House Sitting I will always leave your home at the same standard as when I arrived. For this purpose, I will take a short video around your property upon my arrival, for both our benefit. This video will be held privately on my phone and deleted once the contract has been completed, if you wish.
Even if no cleaning services has been added to the stay, I will always treat your home with the same respect as my own, so upkeep and maintaining of standards while I am there is always included.
House Sitting Service:
Having someone you've barely met come and stay at your home is a bit awkward, there's no way around that and I completely understand it.
My promise to you is that I will always treat your home with the same respect and care that I do my own; whether you live in a one bed flat or a mansion, I will treat your home the same.
I understand the need of privacy and trust. I will never invite anyone not pre-approved by you and I'll conduct any private conversations or video calls with friends and family in a neutral space if requested.
I am at your home to to give you peace and comfort while you're away and I take great pride in making sure you feel and receive just that.
Video updates are available just to give you that extra peace of mind. Feel free to call or message at any point while I am at your property.
Even without a cleaning package added, any stays longer than three (3) days will include general upkeep such as watering of plants, retrieving post and parcels and maintaining standards as found upon arrival.
My services range from hours, if you're local, up to months anywhere in the UK.
Pet Sitting Service:
In addition to my House Sitting Service, I can also offer to look after your beloved pets.
I will never book more than one home at the time to visit and if you have dogs that need walking, I will never walk any other together with yours and I will never walk more than two at the time, to be able to keep everyone safe and cared for properly.
Your pets will be looked after the same way you care for them for the entire duration of my stay and I will not leave their side. I will do my utmost to follow the same routines and schedules that they are used to.
I understand that leaving your pet and home in someone else's care can be nerve-wracking so I will send you regular video updates throughout the day and you're always welcome to call or message to check-in!
I offer a range of services, everything from local 1 hour slots for a quick feed or walk to months of stay. I'll always do my utmost to work around you and your pets!
Cleaning Services:
Please note that these services are ONLY available when booking a house/pet sitting stay for a minimum of three (3) consecutive days!)
Your house/pet sitting service will always include every day maintenance of your home, such as watering plants or collecting mail and general upkeep, but what if you want that little extra? How about a deep clean of that bathroom, or emptying of the fridge and giving that a proper clean-out? Is the laundry pile growing and you just don't have the time to deal with it?
You can book separate services or go for a bigger package, I'll work around you and make sure you'll come back to a home you can relax in!
